The temperature control circuit is about as simple as gets with this one! The unit is capable of delivering steady and convenient electric heat to the table using minimal electronics assembled in Portland, Oregon. The PLA enclosure was also designed, modeled and 3D printed in-house. This is one of the first, as evidence by the bridging errors causing the obvious stringyness on a few corners of the top layer (which was facing upside down when printing) — hence the sale. Best Mini Enail
This mini enail will easily pack into a transport case. However most e-nail users keep their dab stations stationary at home. The mini e-nail controller box was designed, molded, and painted in the USA. The electronics use a solid state relay (SSR) that is light-activated for durable, reliable, and accurate heating control. You can rely on SSR relays to keep temperatures steady and within dabbing ranges for as long as the session calls for.
I removed all of the extra “fat” from this mini enail — rearranging the components and cutting out any dead space. What remains are only the important functions and safety features. Topside Coil Plug
This mini e-nail controller features a topside coil plug; which saves space on the dab table. You plug the heat coil in through the top, making for easy attachment and detachment. Reduce clutter in your dab area and conserve more space for other tools, accessories, slabs, etc. with one of the most compact mini e-nail controllers possible.
Most other companies have their heat coil plug on the front or back of the controller unit. RCCtools’ mini enail controller features a top plugging coil jack which is not only much easier to insert and release, but also saves space in your dab station. You plug the heat coil in through the top instead of the side, which then frees up a few inches in the front of the e-nail. This smart design reduces clutter in your dab area and conserves even more space so you have room for other tools, accessories, jars, slabs etc. A top plugging cable not only takes up more space compared to a mini e-nail controller, but can also contribute to tipping in small dab rigs.

I will try by best to match it and present 1-3 different styles for you to choose from. Custom colors are available to create your ideal heady marble-ized e-nail box. Compliment your favorite heady glass dab rig with a custom color scheme if you choose (in the drop-down menu). Please limit your selection to 2-3 colors. Please expect up to 5 working days extra production time for custom color schemes, in case multiple versions are necessary.

Care For 3D Printed Items
All 3D printed items must be handled with a reasonable level of care to avoid weakening and/or warping the structure. 3D FDM printing uses a layer-by-layer construction — as opposed to standard injection molding which has no layers but is one uniform piece. Any transport of 3D printed items requires sufficient padding and avoidance of stacking heavy objects on top of these items or around them without suffifient padding and/or bracing.
Please keep 3D printed items out of direct sunlight. Intense direct sunlight lasting longer than 30 minutes may result in slight warpage. Care should be taken to keep any 3D printed away from intense heat (over 90F) or the risk of warpage may increase. In most cases the warpage is very slight and hardly noticeable; but some caution is warranted regarding this.
