Simple Analog E-Nail: “Thermohalic Conveyor”

Simple analog e-nail with easy controls for the beginner dabber:

The compact enclosure was designed, injection-molded, cut, and individually painted in Portland, Oregon. The electronics are simple and will keep temperatures steady and reliable in the appropriate ranges for your next #dabsesh. Equipped with a simple knob control for temperature the unit is capable of delivering steady and convenient electric heat to your dab nail– once you find the “sweet spot” on the dial.

  • One-of-a-kind marble-ized paint finish that individualizes each case like a fingerprint
  • Case is made of safe, rugged, shock-resistant ABS plastic (same as LEGO material)
  • Heats safely and reliably using the same simple electronics that your house lights are dimmed with
  • Standard XLR output for heat coil replacements (coil guaranteed for at least a year)
  • Minimal overshoot and steady temp. control
  • 2-year warranty included on each controller
  • ***XLR heating coil pin configuration***: pin1=AC, pin2=AC, pin3=tc+, pin4=tc-, pin5=ground

No need to tune or calibrate– just turn the knob a little past half-way (about “one-o’-clock) and get ready to #stopdropandglob or your friendly #terptaster. This simple analog rotary e-nail will heat to around 700F in about 2 minutes and will stay amazingly steady at the right position. Perfected for larger sustained dabs, shorter multi-sessions, or just that one off at the end of the day.

What’s the difference between a simple analog e-nail and a standard e-nail? The main difference in features is that a standard e-nail has an LED screen that shows temperature read out while a rotary-dial controlled analog e-nail has a simple dimmer switch that “dims” the power source so that there is less or more heat going to your e-nail heating coil. It’s the same simple electronics that your house uses on a light dimmer and a tried and true solution to easy portable action.

Still using a torch and wondering what all the hype is about? Here is some information about why e-nails are preferred by many dabbers all over as a more convenient way to heat a nail.
